Cincinnati Thermal Spray, Inc. is seeking a Technical Engineering Administrator to manage customer service communication and technical documentation. The role involves supporting engineers, coordinating customer and vendor activities, and ensuring timely delivery of production schedules.

Responsibilities

Supports Engineers with creation and organization of all technical documentation

Submits (including status tracking and reporting) technical documents to customers for review and approval

Works with engineers to generate OPPI and maintain outside process quotations

Coordinates new customer and vendor set-up activities with customers, vendors and accounting

Manages customer due dates for production and prioritizes schedule to ensure on time delivery

Maintains Kanban production board

Sources material, equipment, and parts from known vendors and finds alternative vendors

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school or general education degree (GED), with five years related experience

Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and statistics to such tasks as statistical process control, design of experiment, and various analysis methodologies
