Responsibilities

Manage and protect the doctor’s calendar across clinical, business, and personal priorities
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, calls, and key commitments
Prepare the doctor for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and background context
Monitor and respond to emails and messages on the doctor’s behalf with clarity and professionalism
Draft and organize documents, presentations, and internal notes
Track follow-ups, action items, and commitments so nothing falls through the cracks
Act as a calm, organized presence in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment
