Responsibilities
Make warm introductions to biotech/life-sciences decision-makers (CEO/CRO/COO/Head of ClinOps/RA/Med Writing/PV, etc.)
Help shape account strategy in a bi-weekly working cadence (every 2 weeks)
Provide light context on each introduction (what they’re hiring for, urgency, decision process)
Stay involved at a high level on relationship + account direction (we run delivery)
Qualification
Required
Strong, current relationships inside biotech / life sciences (operators + commercial leaders)
Credible executive presence and comfortable doing warm intros
Practical, direct communicator
US-based, or deeply connected into US biotech hiring networks
