Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CFO and Corp Dev team across all stages of deal execution, from pre-LOI modeling through close
Support financial modeling, due diligence, QofE review, synergy analysis, and integration roadmapping
Assist in preparing investment materials, board packages, post-close updates, and private equity reporting
Ensure financial readiness for each closing and maintain an organized, repeatable deal flow process
Work alongside the CFO to build and refine the integration playbook for add-on acquisitions
Support integration workstreams across finance, accounting, operations, HR, and systems
Establish timelines, communication plans, risk management, and KPI tracking for each integration
Drive consistency in reporting, controls, and processes across newly acquired entities
Evaluate and enhance financial policies, controls, workflows, and reporting structures to support scale
Strengthen cross-functional processes between accounting, finance, operations, and corporate development
Bring best practices from prior PE-backed environments to improve accuracy, speed, and visibility
Assist the CFO in implementing financial and operational discipline across the organization
Partner with the Director of Finance to improve forecasting, monthly reporting, and KPI standardization
Provide executive-level insights and guidance on cash management, working capital strategy, and capital allocation
Support strategic initiatives tied to margin expansion, synergies, pricing, and operational visibility
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership during a period of rapid transformation

Required

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including prior experience as a CFO, Interim CFO, or VP of Finance
Proven track record in private equity-backed, multi-entity, high-growth environments
Demonstrated success leading successful exits, add-on acquisitions, and rapid deal cycles
Experience building or operating an integration management office (IMO) or M&A playbook
Strong financial modeling and due diligence capabilities; comfortable working with PE sponsors and bankers
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
Exceptional communication, organization, and executive presence
