Qualification

Civil litigation experienceEmployment law knowledgeTrial preparationJuris doctorate degreeLicense to practice in CADiscovery involvementDeposition experienceMotions experience

Required

2+ years of experience in civil litigation

Involved in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation

Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school

License to practice in CA

Preferred

Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters
