The Venture Team Lead will co-found a startup focused on developing scalable solutions for accessible housing, guiding the venture through its lifecycle and ensuring strong execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously refine the overall business strategy and execution plan, from concept through market launch, combining high-level strategic thinking with direct, hands-on involvement to build scalable ventures that drive regional transformation

Recruit, lead, and work closely with a diverse, lean team, both internal and external; rolling up sleeves when needed to ensure fast learning cycles, strong execution, and delivery under uncertainty

Identify, engage, and work directly with early customers and ecosystem actors, including hands-on fieldwork when required, translating real-world insights into actionable strategies that inform product development, pricing, and revenue models

Serve as the primary liaison with the New Venture Board, GrupoAG leadership, and other key stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned on venture progress

Oversee the transition from business plan to prototype and ultimately to go-to-market, driving all aspects of the venture’s launch and growth
