Responsibilities

Requirement Translation: Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL process, and reporting tools

Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation

Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation

Project Leadership: Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery

Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements

Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design and optimize data pipelines

Ensure data accessibility and usability for business users

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical field

Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts

Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies

Excellence communication skills between technical and non-technical teams

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus
