Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) architecture and development. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying HAM Pro solutions within the ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Asset Management initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable HAM Pro solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead the implementation of hardware lifecycle workflows, reconciliation processes, and asset normalization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and configure CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships to support HAM Pro
Design and configure CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships to support HAM Pro
Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and flow designer logic
Integrate HAM Pro with discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Tanium) and external inventory systems
Ensure data integrity and compliance with asset governance policies
Participate in instance transitions, upgrades, and performance tuning
Create and maintain technical documentation, update sets, and deployment packages
Contribute to platform best practices and transition to support teams

Required

10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in HAM Pro architecture and configuration
Proven experience with CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Scoped Applications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
