Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support SQL-based solutions including queries, stored procedures, functions, and data transformations
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between internal applications and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, UKG, Ivalua, STAARS, etc.)
Work with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) to track work, document updates, and manage incident/change requests
Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth data exchanges and system performance
Assist in automation efforts using scripting languages and integration tools
Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities across development cycles

Required

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Programmer Analyst, Integration Specialist, or SQL Developer
Strong command of SQL (DDL/DML, joins, functions, stored procedures, triggers)
Understanding of database design, performance tuning, relational data modeling
Experience integrating or working with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, UKG, Ivalua, STAARS, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for workload and documentation management

Preferred

Hands-on experience with integration / file transfer tools: Boomi, GoAnywhere, API-based integrations, ETL platforms
Working knowledge of Python, Java, or C# for automation and system support
Exposure to reporting & visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience with automated testing or regression frameworks (e.g., TestSavvy)
Certifications in SQL Server, Boomi, AWS, or Azure
Experience with application development technologies: Visual Studio, Azure, .NET, C#, MVC
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not required)
