Responsibilities
Lead the technical ownership of RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses, ensuring high-quality, compelling, and differentiated data solutions
Conduct client discovery sessions, assess business and technical requirements, and craft solution architectures tailored to client needs
Create solution decks, architecture diagrams, BOMs, and SOW inputs for pre-sales cycles
Partner with sales teams to participate in bid/no-bid decisions, scoping, and pricing activities
Deliver technical presentations, demos, PoCs, and workshops to C-suite, IT leadership, and technical stakeholders
Contribute to sales enablement by creating reusable templates, case studies, solution accelerators, and best practices
Design end-to-end data architectures covering ingestion, storage, processing, governance, metadata, quality, and analytics
Architect solutions on one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Propose appropriate data platform technologies including data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, streaming, and ETL/ELT frameworks
Ensure solutions follow architectural best practices around scalability, performance, cost-optimization, and security
Guide the creation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Define data governance frameworks including lineage, cataloging, quality rules, retention, and compliance
Drive technology evaluations, POCs, and tool comparisons across data stack components
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience
Strong Pre-Sales, RFP response, and client-facing solution design experience
Deep expertise in modern data platforms, cloud data engineering, enterprise architecture, and analytics
Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Experience in leading the technical ownership of RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses
Ability to conduct client discovery sessions and assess business and technical requirements
Experience in creating solution decks, architecture diagrams, BOMs, and SOW inputs for pre-sales cycles
Experience in partnering with sales teams for bid/no-bid decisions, scoping, and pricing activities
Experience in delivering technical presentations, demos, PoCs, and workshops to C-suite, IT leadership, and technical stakeholders
