Responsibilities
Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve accurate, context-aware outputs
Create reusable prompt libraries and guardrails for enterprise use cases
Leverage Salesforce Einstein and Agent force for predictive analytics, conversational AI, and automation
Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM processes
Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and governance for AI-related programs
Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering
Qualification
Required
Azure Machine Learning (ML): 7+ years
Total Exp: 10 & Above
Skills: Azure Machine Learning (ML), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Analytics

Familiarity with Copado, Antirabbit, and DevOps tools for Salesforce
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration patterns
