Responsibilities
Develop and grow trusted relationships with partner leadership at multiple levels and geographies
Align OpenText’s solutions and go-to-market strategy with partners’ business units and sales teams
Uncover and drive net-new business opportunities, guiding both internal and external teams toward shared success
Translate OpenText’s innovation into meaningful, solution-driven conversations with key partner stakeholders
Keep a pulse on the market landscape, ensuring OpenText stays top-of-mind as the partner of choice
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Partner Account Management or a related role in the tech/software industry
Direct experience working with or for strategic partners, with a deep understanding of their operations, structure, and client engagement model
A proven track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding growth targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect across both technical and business audiences
Global business acumen and the ability to navigate cross-cultural, cross-time-zone collaboration
A proactive, strategic mindset, and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
