Responsibilities

Deep technical mastery of hardware, firmware, and programming environments for AV platforms
Act as the subject matter expert responsible for the full vulnerability management lifecycle for UC systems
Translate security report findings into clear, executable remediation plans

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
3-5 years in L3 (Tier 3) support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex, integrated AV/UC systems
Expert-level knowledge of major UC applications and endpoints, including Client Teams Rooms, WebEx, and Zoom Rooms
Expert-level experience configuring and managing Windows and Android-based UC rooms and video conferencing
Expert knowledge of IP networking, QoS, VLANs, and security protocols

Preferred

Experience with Poly, Cisco, and Logitech hardware
Strong desire to eliminate manual effort through secure and repeatable scripting
Ability to work effectively across IT Security, Network Engineering, and UC Operations teams
