Driving growth by expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and generating new revenue streams across our portfolio of hotels
Building strong trade relationships, optimizing distribution channels, and executing targeted sales initiatives aligned with our commercial plan and brand positioning
Working closely with Group Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, Property GMs, and our leadership team to deliver profitable market share growth and support long-term expansion strategy across the Caribbean
Holding direct accountability for delivering measurable revenue growth across defined segments, markets, and strategic accounts, ensuring all sales activity contributes to sustainable top-line performance and margin integrity
Qualification
Required
Experience range: 3 to 10 years
Ability to drive growth by expanding market presence
Experience in developing strategic partnerships
Proven track record of generating new revenue streams
Strong trade relationship building skills
Experience in optimizing distribution channels
Ability to execute targeted sales initiatives aligned with commercial plans and brand positioning
Collaboration skills to work closely with Group Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, Property GMs, and leadership team
Accountability for delivering measurable revenue growth across defined segments, markets, and strategic accounts
