Develop and prepare architectural designs by using BIM software (Revit / CAD)
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and meet project requirements
Review and update models to reflect design changes
Perform clash detection and report any conflicts or discrepancies
Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates
Knowing the PIDs/PFDs to align with 3D model
Communication skills to subcontractor for 3D model coordination
Qualification
Required
Minimum associate degree in related field
Knowledge of BIM software, especially Revit and CAD
Previous design related work experience
Preferred
Gas chemical related project BIM experience
CPVC/ PFA, SUS/PFA, SUS/SUS pipping design experience
Power/ Control system design experience
Tray/ Conduit/ RSG design experience
Familiar with NEC/ ASME code
