Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure optimal performance and uptime of IT infrastructure
Analyze logs and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and security risks
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Respond to technical issues, support end users, and resolve hardware and software problems
Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system reliability
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and networks
Proven experience in MVS System Administrator
Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and log analysis
Experience with user account management and data security protocols
Proficiency in installing and updating software, patches, and security updates
Ability to perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery plans
Preferred
Experience in collaborating with IT teams and vendors
Knowledge of new technology implementations and infrastructure optimization
Strong documentation skills for system configurations and processes
