Responsibilities
Process Reboot: Actively contribute to the execution of the goodwill process reboot, ensuring smooth implementation and tracking progress
Deal Activation: Assist in activating deals across both the Americas regions, coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful deal closure
Deals Intake Process: Develop, implement, and refine the deals intake process to ensure efficient and standardized management of incoming deals. Internal Feedback: Conduct listening sessions and round-table discussions with internal teams to identify gaps in resources, collateral, and troubleshooting processes
Deals Hub Maintenance: Maintain and update the Deals Hub, centralizing deal collateral and ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders
Seller Training: Support training initiatives for sellers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and close deals
Cross-Functional Review: Assist in the cross-functional review process to ensure deal alignment with company policies and objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong project management experience
Strong communication skills
Relationship management
Understanding or interest of deals ecosystem, tools and programs
Interest in working in Go to Market
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients
