Responsibilities
Provide program-level oversight for 1–2 IT Project Managers
Manage large-scale IT projects, coordinating across multiple internal groups
Deliver executive-level updates and status reports to stakeholders
Oversee testing practices, including SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing, and manage the lead test group
Qualification
Required
Provide program-level oversight for 1–2 IT Project Managers
Manage large-scale IT projects, coordinating across multiple internal groups
Deliver executive-level updates and status reports to stakeholders
Oversee testing practices, including SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing, and manage the lead test group
Proven ability to manage large, complex IT programs in healthcare or insurance domains
Strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
Deep understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures
Preferred
Familiarity with Healthy Innovations Platform (HIP) – currently handling 60–65% of Care Management work
Experience with Healthy Returns System (HRS) is also acceptable
Interaction with client systems: Clinical Data Platform (CDP) data warehouse, Condition Identification & Stratification systems, Digital Enablement team (interaction tracking system), Telephony systems, Correspondence Center (letters system)
