Responsibilities
Lead teams in planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum and disciplined release management
Translate high-level designs into low-level technical designs and provide hands-on technical oversight
Architect, design, and deploy cloud-native applications on platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Integrate ML models into production workflows for analytics, visualization, and automation use cases
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, SRE, and dependent domains to drive outcomes
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Plan and coordinate new onboardings with multiple stakeholders, including offshore teams
Engage subject matter experts to clarify technical topics and solution approaches
Present architectures and solutions to governance boards and stakeholders with clear rationale and data
Mentor and coach multiple teams, fostering engineering best practices and cross-domain leadership
Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and uphold high quality under tight schedules
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership in delivering projects through Scrum and release best practices
Ability to convert high-level architecture into detailed low-level design and guide teams technically
Experience designing, architecting, and deploying cloud-native apps on PCF or GCP
Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
Expertise with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for productivity and documentation
Proven experience integrating AI/ML models for analytics, visualization, and automation
Hands-on Python expertise for ML engineering; familiarity with modern ML stacks and MLOps practices
Collaborative mindset with a bias for action; ability to engage internal/external stakeholders including offshore teams
Ability to present positions with data, commit to delivery outcomes, and practice principled engineering
Demonstrated solution discovery and design grounded in engineering fundamentals
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Track record of mentoring, coaching, and leading across multiple teams and domains
Ability to effectively present architecture/solutions to governance boards and executive stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
