Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers/ Product Owners, UI/UX Designer, Technical Teams, Business Users
Artifacts Creation: User stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes

Strong ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and End Users
5+ years of experience; Strong documentation skills for complex user stories
Ability to analyze current business processes and recommend future state approaches to solution
5+ years of experience; Process improvement
Ability to connect business goals with technology solutions
5+ years of experience
Strong Analytical Skills - The ability to analyze large datasets, complex business processes and perform deep-dive analysis and translate data into business insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
A proactive approach to identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and proposing innovative solutions
Ability to design business solutions that create competitive advantage
Skilled in selecting methods and techniques for effective solutions
Capable of handling diverse deliverables under tight deadlines
Strong ability to research and resolve complex problems
Focused on improving operational efficiency through high-quality technical solutions
Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to engage stakeholders at varying technical levels
Technical Proficiency Experience with databases, SQL queries, spreadsheet software (Excel), and compliance or licensing management systems
