Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using OutSystems Reactive Web & Mobile
Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices in architecture, security, and performance
Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
Maintain data integrity and performance in database management
Integrate OutSystems with external systems using APIs and .NET
Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution for live applications
Mentor offshore/onshore teams and drive technical best practices
Lead projects from conception to completion with documented success
Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience
OutSystems Professional or Expert Certification (mandatory)
Strong proficiency in Reactive Web & UI development (desktop/mobile)
Advanced SQL skills (queries, optimization, stored procedures)
Experience with .NET for backend integrations
Proven production support and team mentoring experience
Preferred
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
