Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for a 24-month engagement in McLean, VA, offering a hybrid work environment. The role involves providing recruiting support, managing interview schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between candidates and internal clients.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Provide recruiting support services in alignment with our recruiting standards and systems
Coordinate and manage ad hoc and Power Day scheduling
Act as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients, ensuring seamless communication
Negotiate interview times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews efficiently
Guide candidates through both onsite and virtual interview processes
Collaborate with team members to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals
Manage confidential files and privileged information with utmost professionalism
Effectively represent our organization as a top employer in the industry
Oversee travel arrangements and communications between candidates, recruiters, and our travel partners
Travel between multiple buildings/locations within the geographic area as needed
Partner with team members to support onsite interview experiences and responsibilities

Required

6 years of recent experience in HR coordination
5 years of experience in interview scheduling
Experience with Power Day or Ad Hoc scheduling
Previous experience working with enterprise clients
