Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for our sales team, including:
* Internet inquiries
* Incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")
* Customers who recently visited the dealership
* Follow-up on previous leads
Qualification
Required
Excellent phone and communication skills
Attention to detail; goal-oriented and results-driven
Positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to communicate professionally via text and email
High energy and enthusiasm
Valid driver's license
Must pass a background check
