Responsibilities
Administer and configure Jira and Confluence Cloud environments
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineers
Design and maintain effective portfolio and team-level tracking tools
Manage user access and permissions
Support governance and compliance standards
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
Participate in Atlassian Cloud upgrades and change management
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
7 years of Experience in administering Jira Cloud (Software and Service Management) and Confluence Cloud
5 years of experience in Selenium
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proficiency in designing and maintaining custom workflows, screens, schemes, and dashboards
Experience with user access management, roles, and permissions through Atlassian Access and SSO integrations
Ability to implement and maintain automation rules and integrations with tools like Slack, GitHub, and ServiceNow
Preferred
Familiarity with governance and compliance standards related to security and audits
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
Ability to develop documentation, training materials, and best practices
