Responsibilities

AI Orchestration: Lead the implementation of Agentic AI workflows that automate complex logistics tasks (e.g., autonomous carrier selection, proactive exception management)
Strategic Roadmap: Translate client business requirements into technical configurations for our AI engine
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between client executive leadership and our internal AI/Engineering teams
Change Management: Educate and guide client teams on transitioning from manual "point-and-click" systems to AI-governed "exception-only" management
Performance Analytics: Define and track "Success Metrics" for AI performance, ensuring the system delivers the promised ROI and operational efficiency
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly across our US and Hyderabad offices to ensure 24/7 deployment continuity

Qualification

AI/ML understandingGlobal logistics expertiseProject ManagementSaaS experiencePMP certificationAgile certificationCommunication skills

Required

5+ years in Project Management within SaaS or Supply Chain
Strong understanding of global logistics (Ocean, Air, FTL, LTL)
You must understand how LLMs, autonomous agents, and data loops function within a business context
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Computer Science
Elite English communication skills (written and verbal) are non-negotiable for this global role

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML projects is a massive advantage
PMP or Agile certifications preferred
