Responsibilities
Proficiency in Guidewire products, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, ProducerEngage, and ContactManager
Ability to effectively facilitate workshops with client business teams to gather and document requirements
Strong skills in creating and updating functional story cards and mapping documents
Experience in adhering to change control procedures and managing updates based on testing feedback
Ability to identify, manage, and communicate risks and dependencies related to project deliverables
Extensive experience working with Guidewire products, particularly in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
Proven track record in functional analysis and documentation for software implementations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
Experience leading client workshops for personal umbrella and commercial umbrella lines of business
Travel is required for the position, from Monday to Thursday onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time
