Experience in social-first content creation, ideally for a culture-forward, brand, agency, or media company

Have a pulse on fashion, entertainment, and purpose-driven storytelling with a strong POV on developing creative content

Understanding of the social media (and wider global cultural) landscape including optimizing creative for content performance

Fluency in the differences between social media platforms, audiences, cultures and subcultures, and how to exist in each

Skilled in photography, videography, editing, and motion or social design

Experienced with mobile content creation. You should have a strong portfolio of video content

A deep passion for people-centered storytelling. Skilled at interviewing and creating comfort for talent on camera

Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut

Strong communication and collaboration skills, balanced with the ability to work autonomously
