Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent Zero Trust initiatives within the cybersecurity program
Collaborate with leadership, program leads, project managers, and SMEs to ensure alignment and delivery
Facilitate program-level planning, decision-making, and change management processes
Track and report progress, risks, and deliverables across all Zero Trust projects
Ensure technical and strategic alignment with enterprise security goals
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across departments
Provide guidance on Zero Trust principles and best practices
Promote continuous improvement and agility within the program structure
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex, multi-year cybersecurity or Zero Trust programs
Strong technical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network security principles
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large-scale IT or security transformation initiatives
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
