Responsibilities
MES user access, roles, and rights management
Master Batch Record (MBR) design and troubleshooting
Ticketing and vendor liaison for MES/SAP issues
Support for reporting, analytics, and monthly data reviews
Lead site-wide SAP support
Continuous improvement in MES, SAP, and related systems
Serve as the backup for Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ reporting)
Inventory database management
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with SAP and PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Experience with SAP PP, MM, and QM modules
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Access)
5+ years of advanced computer/systems experience
High attention to detail and GMP-compliant documentation
