Responsibilities
Lead and grow the client services team, and expanding headcount as the function scales
Build new client relationships while deepening engagement with existing accounts across energy and infrastructure finance
Sell and deliver retained and portfolio search solutions to C-suite decision makers
Partner with private equity and institutional clients to deliver long-term value across high-impact mandates
Collaborate with senior leadership to influence growth strategy across the U.S. financial services practice
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally 12+
Hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management at senior levels
Background in energy & infrastructure finance, C-suite retained search, or related financial services markets
P&L ownership and a deep understanding of operational leadership
NYC-based or open to 4–5 days/week in a Midtown office
Ability to coach, mentor, and build a legacy team within a fast-scaling environment
