Responsibilities
Greet patients
Ensure staff is well equipped
Keep an open line of communication with patients and staff
Monitor and control patient wait times
Lead morning meetings
Address patient concerns
Review patient charts
Ensure practice administrative duties are completed promptly
Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
Maintain weekly reconciliations and deposits
Work with patients to resolve any outstanding payment issues
Attend recurring and ongoing training calls
Monitor inventory counts and place orders
Qualification
Required
3 years minimum medical practice management experience
Proven working experience as a medical practice manager
Knowledge of medical office management systems
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Social perceptiveness and service oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
