Start in 2026 SpringA-List Me is a Talent Management Agency that represents over 400 Influencers and connects them with brands for paid partnerships. This internship offers hands-on experience in the influencer marketing space while assisting the Talent Team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Find and reach out to emerging influencers
Assist in the signing and onboarding of influencers
Help manage and update talent rosters and CRM platforms
Support Talent Managers with influencer communication and campaign coordination
Assist with outreach to potential new brand partners
Attend a training call once per week
Collect and organize creator metrics and performance reports
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be eligible for school credit)
Highly motivated and eager to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for social media and influencer culture (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player mentality
