Responsibilities
Lead end‐to‐end creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget outcomes
Coordinate across designers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear creative deliverables
Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with proactive mitigation and clear status updates
Serve as the primary stakeholder contact to set expectations, manage feedback loops, and communicate progress
Identify bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, escalate strategically, and balance business needs with creative and technical constraints
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining quality and brand standards
Drive effective meetings, creative brief alignment, approvals, and version control with structured workflows and documentation
Use Asana (or similar) to track milestones, dependencies, and resourcing, and to report on health, risk, and outcomes
Present plans and results clearly, influencing stakeholders and enabling timely decisions
Contribute to continuous improvement of creative operations, processes, templates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an in‐house creative or agency environment managing creative projects end‐to‐end
Proficiency with project management software, preferably Asana
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‐driven environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder management strength
Demonstrated leadership that motivates cross‐functional teams and drives accountability
Preferred
Hybrid from Draper, UT preferred; open to fully remote for the right candidate
