Responsibilities
Architect and manage large-scale PostgreSQL environments, with a focus on high availability, resilience, and security
Lead major database migration and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Master new database technologies and cloud platforms quickly to adapt and improve our database environments
Ensure the performance, security, and cost efficiency of our database systems on AWS and GCP
Implement compliance controls, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, and advanced DB administration techniques
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB administration
Proficiency in managing databases on AWS and GCP
Strong skills in Terraform for infrastructure as code
Over 8 years of experience in database administration
Experience in multi-cloud database architecture with a focus on high availability and security in large-scale environments
