Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors (receptionist duties for entry-level candidates)
Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers, and other operational processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare materials for client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses
Support advisors with administrative tasks, including data entry, CRM updates, document preparation, and reporting
For experienced candidates: Participate in client meetings, communicate directly with clients on more complex matters, and take on greater responsibility in service delivery and relationship management

Required

Experience in financial services, administrative support, customer service, or a related field is ideal; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, client-oriented demeanor
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM software or financial platforms a bonus)
Passion for delivering outstanding service and working in a team-focused environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (finance, business, or related field a plus, but not required)
Series 7/66 or similar licenses a plus (or willingness to obtain with firm support)
