Mindlance is seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications for Client platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for using Swift and Client frameworks
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
Implement asynchronous programming patterns to ensure responsive and efficient applications
Develop and maintain networking protocols and APIs to enable seamless communication between devices and services
Work with POSIX systems, leveraging shell scripting for automation and tooling
Contribute to the design and maintenance of public and internal APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required

Proven experience with Swift and Client frameworks (UIKit, Foundation, etc.)
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and patterns
Hands-on experience with networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)
Experience using and developing for POSIX systems
Fluency in shell and shell scripting (e.g., bash, zsh)
Experience designing and maintaining APIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience developing Daemons and Agents
Familiarity with time synchronization protocols (e.g., NTP, PTP)
Experience with gRPC
Experience with Python
