Stay updated on HR technology trends
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (SF-RM)
Deep understanding of HR processes and technologies
Experience in leading large-scale HCM transformations
Ability to work closely with C-level executives
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a non negotiable need, do you have it?
Preferred
Experience in organization change management
Knowledge of global HR technology trends and innovations
Proven track record in leading complex projects
