Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing advanced project management software, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines
Coordinate with project teams, including civil, mechanical, geotechnical, and water treatment engineers, to integrate technical requirements into schedules
Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and GIS platforms like ArcGIS to support system design and schematic development
Monitor progress through construction inspection reports, GIS data analysis, and system modeling using HEC-RAS, SWMM, Mathcad, and Hydraulics software
Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports to communicate project timelines, scope changes, and risk assessments clearly
Collaborate with construction management teams to update schedules based on real-time site conditions and inspection findings
Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate timeline forecasts for various project phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in project management or construction management are a plus
Proven experience in project scheduling within civil engineering or infrastructure projects involving pipelines or water/wastewater treatment systems
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, ArcGIS, Schematics software and other CAD tools
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and construction inspection processes
Familiarity with GIS applications such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, Mathcad for hydraulic modeling and system design analysis
Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively while maintaining attention to detail
