Work independently to manage tasks, scope and completes the ticket analysis within the defined SLAs

Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff

Identify, document, report and formally track system issues and defects

Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reported system issues

Required

A Senior System Analyst with telecom eCommerce domain experience

Strong troubleshooting skills

QA mindset

Excellent communication

10 years of experience in System Analysis preferably with a background in Quality Engineering

Exceptional communication & email etiquette required for executive interaction

Work independently to manage tasks, scope and completes the ticket analysis within the defined SLAs

Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff

Identify, document, report and formally track system issues and defects

Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reported system issues

eCommerce business systems and workflows is mandatory

Telecom domain experience – Must
