Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions that meet project specifications and client needs
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and develop technical specifications
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance
Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient
Contribute to the documentation of software design, development processes, and user manuals
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes
Support integration efforts with hardware and other system components, ensuring seamless operation
Assist in the planning and estimation of project timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or similar is required
Experience with software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies is essential
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are critical
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language
Security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required depending on project needs
Preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development is preferred
Familiarity with embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and hardware integration will be advantageous
