Chief Marketing Officer
Sapphire Invest is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will be responsible for the company's overall market strategy and brand management. The CMO will drive revenue growth and enhance brand value through market insights, data analysis, and effective marketing communications while being a core member of the strategic management team.

Develop and execute the company's overall market and marketing strategy
Support the company's business growth goals (customer acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat purchases)
Translate the company's strategy into actionable market and brand action plans
Responsible for the company's brand positioning, brand system, and brand image management
Supervise brand communication content, visual guidelines, and consistency of external information
Enhance brand awareness, reputation, and market influence
Develop product launch (Go-To-Market) strategies
Lead online and offline promotional activities and marketing strategies. Events and Public Relations Projects
Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive product growth and market penetration
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
Research customer needs, user behavior, and customer experience
Drive data-driven marketing decisions and strategy optimization
Lead the digital marketing system (content, social media, advertising, SEO/SEM)
Establish a marketing data analysis and performance evaluation system
Optimize marketing ROI
Work with the sales team to support lead generation and sales conversion
Establish a marketing and sales collaboration mechanism (MQL) / SQL)
Provide sales tools, market data, and training support
Build and manage the marketing and brand teams
Set team goals, performance indicators, and talent development plans
Introduce marketing automation and process optimization tools
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget
Evaluate and manage advertising agencies, public relations firms, and external suppliers
Control costs and improve marketing efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, or marketing management
Over 10 years of senior management or managerial experience
Excellent market strategy and brand management capabilities
Strong business acumen and data-driven thinking
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Strong innovative spirit and market foresight
Able to make decisions in rapidly changing and high-pressure environments
Preferred
Experience in cross-industry, international markets, or digital marketing
