Responsibilities

Manage projects through all phases of the agile life cycle, including project initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation review
Define project scope, resources requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables and milestones; evaluate courses of action on an ongoing basis and select the best alternative to attain project goals
Promote leadership through collaboration, cooperation and communication across functional areas to ensure goals are achieved
Partner with project stakeholders and program manager to define requirements, establish and update status reports, develop communication plans and create management presentations
Maintain focus on project plan tasks, manage risk throughout the life cycle and make contingency plans to manage issues that pose risk to budget, time delivery or functionality
Facilitation of requirements gathering meetings and ability to drive action items and next steps
Ability to effectively present to executive leadership on status and risks
Draft and maintain RAID
Facilitation - Primary liaison to ensure communication, timely updates, and resolution of dependencies

Required

Experience leading large strategic business initiatives in the financial services space
Ability to manage projects through all phases of the agile life cycle, including project initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation review
Experience defining project scope, resources requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables and milestones
Ability to evaluate courses of action on an ongoing basis and select the best alternative to attain project goals
Strong leadership skills through collaboration, cooperation and communication across functional areas
Experience partnering with project stakeholders and program manager to define requirements, establish and update status reports, develop communication plans and create management presentations
Ability to maintain focus on project plan tasks and manage risk throughout the life cycle
Experience in facilitating requirements gathering meetings and driving action items and next steps
Ability to effectively present to executive leadership on status and risks
Experience drafting and maintaining RAID
Ability to act as a primary liaison to ensure communication, timely updates, and resolution of dependencies

Preferred

Merger and acquisition experience
Wealth management experience
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with action items and push for next steps of a project
