Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on complex litigation

Proficiency in civil litigation practices, including discovery and trial preparation

Strong knowledge of case management software and litigation support tools

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

Solid legal research skills and familiarity with relevant court procedures

Experience handling commercial and civil rights litigation cases

Required

5 plus years of experience managing all phases of complex litigation including going to trial

Strong technology aptitude with experience in database products such as Summation, Concordance, Eclipse or Relativity

Competence with Microsoft Office suite of products

Prior experience of working in the Appellate court systems

Preferred

Experience cite checking using the Bluebook

A 4 year degree, and a paralegal certificate
