Maintain the company's pipeline of potential land deals

Help manage key players on the Land Acquisition team

Assist with financial analysis, quarterly reporting and budget reviews

Source land leads

Assemble feasibility packages

Assist with financial reports and monitoring acquisitions

Research new land parcels and establish target markets

Build relationships with local developers, builders, brokers and landowners

Build financial models

Identify underutilized properties

Ensure contract compliance for current land deals
