Responsibilities
Supervise and assign work to hourly warehouse and shipping staff
Attend production meetings and collaborate with internal departments
Manage and record quality holds; ensure compliance with safety and food safety requirements
Coordinate the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for warehouse operations
Monitor workflow to ensure timely and efficient shipping and receiving
Promote a safe and organized working environment
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must pass drug screening and background check
U.S. citizenship required
No travel required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry (a plus)
