The Senior Product Manager, Healthcare will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Owlet's healthcare-facing product portfolio, ensuring product viability and integration with healthcare systems.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Owlet’s healthcare product portfolio, including BabySat, Care+, Integration and telehealth offerings
Define and execute the roadmap for Owlet’s HIT integration with RPM and EHR systems, in partnership with engineering and healthcare data integration teams
Sales adjacent with integrated end customers, from design, deployment, go-live, and entire lifecycle
Collaborate closely with regulatory, clinical, and customer-facing teams to ensure product viability in healthcare settings
Lead long-term strategy and roadmap planning for healthcare offerings, aligned with company goals and clinical trends
Translate complex user needs—both caregiver and clinician—into actionable product features and experiences
Serve as a thought leader and internal champion for Owlet’s healthcare innovation roadmap
Write clear product requirements, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering and design teams to bring solutions to life
Bring inputs from external stakeholders (healthcare systems, HIT partners, etc.) to define functionality as clear product requirements with prioritized features
Monitor product performance metrics, voice of customer, user engagement, and clinical outcomes to drive continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to security, privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical and Marketing teams to support product launches and customer adoption
Collaborate with the Sales team, supporting integrated account opportunities from initial scope to full adoption
Represent the healthcare product line in executive briefings, board updates, and cross-functional meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management, particularly in healthcare or related fields
Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA
Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platforms and electronic health records (EHRs)
Ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product features
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders
Experience in writing clear product requirements and prioritizing features
Ability to monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with telehealth initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare data integration
Background in working with clinical stakeholders and understanding their needs
