Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for assigned onboarding and KYC initiatives
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to business goals
Gather and translate business, compliance, and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with KYC, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver onboarding enhancements
Participate in and support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
Provide day-to-day delivery oversight, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
Support UAT and release activities, ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations
Assist with stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue resolution
Help ensure solutions comply with KYC/AML regulatory standards and internal controls
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile PM
Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
KYC / Client Onboarding experience within Financial Services (banking, capital markets, wealth management)
Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large enterprise / consulting environments
Preferred
Exposure to AML, Client Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
