ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 1, 2, or 3 (FACILITIES)
Louisiana Housing Corporation is dedicated to ensuring that every Louisiana resident has access to safe and affordable housing. They are seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will assist with various administrative tasks and support both internal and external customers.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Screens incoming calls
Refers visitors, vendors, contractors to appropriate staff
Monitors the Corporation's daily meeting calendar directs scheduled appointments to appropriate meeting rooms
Maintains and updates front desk protocol book
Assist with Mail Room and Document Management as needed
Qualification
Required
Accepting Direction: The ability to accept and follow directions from those higher in the chain of command
Demonstrating Accountability: The ability to accept ownership for your actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions
Focusing on Customers: The ability to serve the needs of those who support and/or rely on the services provided
Using Data: The ability to use relevant and valid data to inform a recommendation for action
No experience or training is required
