Responsibilities
Serve as the primary developer for Collibra DQ across multiple business lines
Design and deploy DQ rules, validations, scoring logic, match patterns, profiling routines, and monitoring pipelines
Configure and optimize dashboards, scorecards, workflows, exception queues, and performance metrics within CDQ
Implement end-to-end data quality profiling, automated monitoring, and issue management across datasets
Build reusable rule libraries, templates, and standards for scalable governance
Work closely with Data Stewards, Owners, and Governance Analysts to translate business needs into CDQ configurations
Integrate CDQ with enterprise data platforms and metadata/governance systems
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, and training materials
Evaluate when to supplement CDQ with Informatica Cloud DQ or other tools
Provide technical guidance and best practices to data engineering, governance, and analytics teams
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on development experience with Collibra Data Quality (CDQ)
Ability to build, customize, and deploy DQ rules, validations, pipelines, and workflows
Deep understanding of data quality dimensions (completeness, accuracy, validity, timeliness, consistency)
Ability to translate DQ dimensions into CDQ logic, scoring models, and rule frameworks
Experience designing DQ rulesets, scoring thresholds, exception handling, and automated monitoring
Ability to operationalize DQ processes and convert business requirements into scalable CDQ solutions
Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing DQ dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, metrics, and alerts
Experience working with Data Stewards, Data Owners, DB Engineers, and Governance teams
Strong ability to explain DQ rules, exceptions, and outputs in simple, non-technical terms
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, multi-team environments
Preferred
Data quality or data governance work in regulated industries (banking, capital markets, healthcare)
Familiarity with other Collibra components: Catalog, Governance Center, Workflow, Lineage
Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (ICDQ) or similar tools
Background in data profiling, metadata-driven testing, lineage analysis, or DQ automation
