Responsibilities
Manage warm, inbound leads from families seeking care
Conduct compassionate, comprehensive discovery calls to gather family needs, preferences, and challenges
Schedule in-home assessments with our field-based Business Development Managers
Diligently follow up with families via phone, text, and email
Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and internal systems
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Leadership for seamless client experiences
Qualification
Required
2+ years of phone-based inside sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
Exceptional verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence
Proficiency with technology — HubSpot, Slack, G-Suite
Monday–Sunday schedule with flexibility to accommodate family needs
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
